Fair Oaks Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company would like to thank all of the runners and family participants in our inaugural race day. Runners from throughout the Washington Metropolitan area, as well as from Illinois, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin came together for the inaugural Ambulance Chase and Fun Run at the Fairfax County Government Center. Participant ages ranged from 15 months to 86 years old!The 2009 inaugural race raised almost $5,000 to support the Fair Oaks Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company.
